甘みの強い八ヶ岳産人参を、時間をかけて丁寧に下処理しています。青臭さを抑え、まろやかに仕上げるために、そこは怠りません。刺激がなく口当たりがやさしいので、小さなお子様にも安心してお使いいただけます。

油は、一般的なドレッシングには使われない国産低温圧搾の非遺伝子組み換えなたね油。後味がさらりと引いて、素材の味を邪魔しません。
化学調味料・保存料・着色料・酵母エキス不使用。材料はシンプルで少ない。
だから、素材の味がそのまま届きます。

サラダ・温野菜・豆腐・蒸し鶏・納豆・パスタ・スープに。
冷蔵庫に常備するなら、540mlのラージサイズがおすすめです。
